If your name has been changed since the creation of your account this can be verified using one of the following documents:

• Marriage Certificate.
• Two acceptable ID Documents: one showing the previous name & one in the new name.
• Proof of name change from Tax Agency.
• Change of name Deed Poll.
• Please note: For security reasons, we do not accept scanned documents.
